Im 17, and smoked cannabis for years. I’ve smoked everyday for about 3 years (well you know, practicaly every day – ) I’ve tried to stop – but it jus doesnt happen. It’s not like im sooo addicted where i’d do anythin – i mean its not crack isit. But i still smoke everyday and i was thinking bout a ‘ x step rehab programme’ or somehting smiilar…I live in UK and i work and im in college so cant really stay away…any tips on quitting by yourself without outside help?

idk just start normal smoking,,
