Overcoming fast food addiction?
Question by A: Overcoming fast food addiction?
So, Im 16. Been eating fast food nearly every day for about 5 years. It’s taken a toll on my body (im a guy, 6’0 and weigh 200 which i am thankful to weight that much) and basically i don’t eat any nutritious food. It’s something my body has to have or i feel like i am having withdrawals, someone please help? i know this is slowly killing me. I have to be a border line diabetic
I don’t look that big where im kinda tall, but i know i am and it kills me. I feel like sh** 24/7 because i know i can’t stop it. I know its awful and i hate everything about it but it’s like i can’t live without it.

it’s withdrawal. they lace fast food with addictive things so you keep eating it. try eating homemade burgers and baked potatoes (NOT FROZEN MEAT), and don’t settle for shitty buns, get good buns and meat.
do not ever eat fast food again.
other good food to eat that still tastes good:
fish
steak
grilled chicken tenders
pork tenderloin
pasta
sausages (not hot dogs)
rice
small sandwiches (fresh baked baguette or wheat bread, not white bread, ham and mozzarella cheese)

eat good food that is also tasty… like grilled game meat (venison, quail, raccoon, etc.)
and learn what wild plants are edible around where you live.
