Is there an official graph for safe caffeine consumption?

Question by life is short, I am not.: Is there an official graph for safe caffeine consumption?
The B.M.I. (Body Mass Index) determines whether you are over-weight, under-weight, or average depending on your height and weight..
Is there a similar graph that shows how much caffine is safe for certain body weights?
I’m in college and there aren’t always enough hours in a day. I know that sleep is important and I can’t live off caffeine, but there are some days when I really need more time, so I have a five hour energy drink, a few sodas, and a few caffinated mints. Now that sounds really bad, but I’m six foot two inches and 200 pounds (technically, according to the B.M.I. I’m over weight, but it’s muscle mass. I throw the shot-put so I work out hard, and often.)

I’d also like to know if there are any other things I should be careful of when using caffeine. I know you’re not supposed to work-out after having it, but is there anything else important to know?
caffeine is a drug that accelerates your heart-rate. that’s a fact, not a myth. energy drinks have warning labels telling the buyer to limit themselves to so many drinks a day. That’s because people have died from over-dose. Not a myth.
I personally know a person hospitalized for caffeine over-dose from drinking three full sized monster energy drinks in 15 minutes. Not a myth.
Caffeine in sodas is very limitted and not dangerous, but highly concentrated caffeine is dangerous.
I want to know my limit so I don’t over-dose trying to stay up two days to get stuff done.
You should never buy any diet pill that says you don’t need to do any exercise with it.
That means that the pill is interupting your natural digestion process and is often restricting vital nutrients.

The real key is to think about when you’re hungry. Are you really hungry? or do you just want to eat because something looks good or you’re bored?
People who over-eat normally do so because they eat when they don’t need the nutrients. Carbs, calories, sugars and fats are important to sustain a healthy life-style, but need to be limitted selectively by the human brain and not by a universal, indiscriminating pill.

A lot of the myths, and they are myths, about caffeine are nothing to fret about. Simply because of the previous statement. Caffeine is not harmful by itself to you in any way other than the addiction it may cause if you take it continually over a long period of time. I personally drink coffee as a mild neural stimulant to help me with studies. I say take as much caffeine as you casually desire, but if you develop any sort of addiction, you’ll go through a mild with drawl, including headaches and other mild symptoms.

Hi, I used this brand new diet supplement from http://galips.bestweightloss4u.info. They have a risk free trial on at the moment. What it does, is rinse out your insides, there will be as much as 20 pounds in there, and no measure of diet and exercising is likely to obliterate it. Give it a try – I did, and shed 17 pounds LOL!!!
