Question by Lulu: I want to end my addiction to pain medicine but I don’t know how?
I have been on pain medicine for a little over ten months and I am very much out of control but I can’t stop. Can someone please tell me of some kind of support programs or hotline that could help me even a little?
I cannot just go to a therapist. I have no medical insurance, I have no access to medical help and it makes me feel helpless. That is why I am here. I don’t know where to turn to.

I don’t know much but maybe start by asking for help because addiction is hard to deal with on your own

I dont have phone numbers nor any emails but if you want to recorder on your own, you could decrease the amount of painkillers you use. If you were to buy pain killers, stop yourself and put that money in a jar for a confidence booster of how much money you have saved
