How to break my carb addiction?

Question by : How to break my carb addiction?
I lost tons of weight by cutting down my carbs (especially wheats and fruit) and eating more protein, veggies, and drink a lot of water. However during Spring Break I ate TONS and TONS of carbs and now I’m feeling sick :'(. It’s my fourth day and I gained so much weight. I feel sick of food and throwing up. I found out I’m addicted to carb again! How can i stop this addiction? My weight has been fluctuating up and down for the past year and i want to put an immediate stop to it. Any help?

Dont buy foods with a lot of carbs and when youre about to go eat some type of carb, eat an apple or graoe or some other typebof fruit. Apples take a while to eat kinda so those would be good to have.

Well that carb addiction is called living. Everyone needs carbohydrates for energy, just not the wrong kind. Your diet, if your goal is fat loss, should be about 50% protein, 30% carbs (only good carbs like whole grains, fruits etc. no soda or alcohol and lots and lots of water.) and 20% good fats (like from nuts). Just chill out on the whole carb fixation thing, just start picking the right carbs to eat.
