I am addicted to porn and now I force myself to do when I’m bored to how can I stop my addiction. PS I have been getting alot of rude answers so please don’t say anything unless it’s nice.

uhm, just try to keep yourself thinking of something else when thoughts of looking up porn come to mind, and stay far from the computer or your magazine. idkk

Don’t go into the computer for a week or two.
Don’t click into anything bad, nasty.
Ignore all of that stuff and when you are bored instead watch tv or go outside for a walk.
Keep yourself entertained with other things than those nasty videos.
