I’m 15 and for some reason I am highly addicted to watching porn. I watch it and then download it, masturbate and then delete the clip. And i do it at least everyday. Anyways on how I can stop? Please, i really need help.

Umm. Just stop. Don’t go online buddy. And if you do go online dont look up any porn. Its not that hard! And stop masturbating or it will make you want to look at porn more.

First off, there is no such thing as being addicted to porn. It hasn’t been proven in terms of symptomology or pathology. So the mere fact that you’re “addicted” is false. What is going on here is simply a state of mind. You’re 15, you have a high sex drive. That’s understandable. Embrace self exploration. It’s better than having sex at this age.
