Going to rehab for marijuana and depression?
Question by somebody-nobody: Going to rehab for marijuana and depression?
I am leaving for a dual diagnosis rehab program tomorrow. For an addiction to weed and depression. I know, rehab for weed is stupid but i have to go cause my mom and dad want me to go. now i do have depression to the point where multiple therapists call it “severe” but i am unsure of whether or not go to rehab for something stupid like weed. it will be dual diagnosis and i heard thats good for psycological problems.. but is rehab really the right place for psycological problems in the first place?
im am leaving tomorrow…. what do you think?

Most rehabs focus on talking and counseling to help find your particular root causes of addictions, so yes it could be great place to help you
could be something you don’t realize, like affect of divorce, abuse, or other things from childhood. or simply that you just like ‘gettin high’….either way they will help
