am doing a prospectus for a research paper. I chose the topic of drugs and addictions. Along with that the family, individual, and outside world that are affected. I need to come up with a “Research Question” that I am going to insert in my prospectus paragraph. Any ideas. Has anyone ever written or researched this topic? Thanks
