Hey i really need help coz i’m tired and destroyed,I’m only 14 years old but addicted insanely on masturbation. it became my life….. i practice it when i am sad,bored,depressed or when i’m watching pornography but many people told me that it’s harmful and will affect my IQ and memory rate .lately i decided to really stop and i thought it was pretty easy but then i realized that it is hard like ****. i noticed its affects on my brain in school,that after i used to get a 100% In all subjects i get now a 97% and i forget the places of things….i search for my glasses when i’m either wearing them or hanging them in my t-shirt! i’m stuck now in the zone of addiction and cant spend a day without practicing it at least 3 times,i also became a failure at social relationships since i have started practicing it and my friends hated me and said i’m a sick person,i know that masturbation=failure and soon i am going worse,but wat can i do? i tried fasting ,praying and eveything but cant stop masturbation addiction!

Sounds like you’ve got a serious problem on your hands. Just keep your mind occupied, if you keep yourself busy you won’t think of fapping as much or have as much time to do it. But, when you do suddenley have the urge fight it, and find something else to stimulate your mind.

Get a girl friend thats the only option. I also had had the same problem but now I overtook on my addiction as I remain more occupied my girl friend and some of my moron friends. Trust me sometmes even stupid things comes out to be useful. But the only condition do feel the love truly otherwise it would be of no use.
