Question by Jonathan Nguyen: How do i stop this addiction?
Can anyone help me. I keep on going on my ipad checking Facebook and play games and it prevents me from studying. I keep on getting distracted on it because my cousins and my sister dosent study and play with it while i have to study. I dont even get to play with my computer or PS3. HELP please, it keeps happening to me everyday and it makes me fail test.

In future, please try not to start to do such adventures. It will automatically stop.

You need to practice self discipline – learn to control your mind – otherwise you will remain a poor weakling.
