Grant to help fight teen substance abuse in Frenchtown

FRENCHTOWN – Some new grant money is coming to help Frenchtown students say "no" to drugs and alcohol. Members of the Frenchtown Community Coalition say the added federal funding will be used to help create more activities and outlets for kids.
