I have been struggling with an addiction to video games as of late. It has really been killing me as my relationships with my parents and God has been failing hard and horribly. I went to a retreat over the summer where I swore that I got rid of it and yet now it’s back, haunting and crushing me. I seriously want to overcome this video game addiction before I end up destroying my life and my family.

Get rid of your internet and gaming systems.

dude…chill..ok…you should indulge urself into some chit chat with friends instead of video games.interacting with dear ones would help you get away from your addiction.
