I hav migrain problem so I use vasograin for headache long time .the ratio of caffeine 100mg per tablet. now i feel addiction. i always feel Sleeplessness and pain in body. according to books its coz is caffeine.Am i addicted of caffiene?

There is about 200mg of caffeine in a medium strong cup of coffee. If you had 2 cups of coffee a day the caffeine you had would be equal to 4 tablets of vasograin.
Sleep problems can occur from taking caffeine but coffee is the national drink here in the USA and most people don’t have sleep problems from it.
I can’t imagine that the caffeine you take is causing any of the pain you have. I’ve never heard of that happening. The reason that a small amount of caffeine is added to some pain relievers is that scientists have found that when this is done, the pain relief is better.
You have to be careful about what you read in books about medicine. Many books are written by people that are ignorant and even the good ones are sometimes difficult for lay people to understand.
If I was you, I would see your doctor and tell him/her about your sleeplessness and pain. They are trained to find out what is wrong and how to fix it. My best wishes to you.
